How to access the Campaigns Performance report
The Campaign Performance Report can be accessed by going to the Reports tab from the menu on the left and then clicking Campaigns Performance; the campaign performance report will load the history of campaigns sent in the last 14 days.
How to filter data in the Campaigns Performance report
At the top of the report, there are three filters that you can use to view Campaign Performance data. These three filters are:
Campaign Sent Date
Result Start
Result End
The last two will be displayed after clicking on the button More filters.
Campaign Sent Date filter
Campaign Sent Date refers to the time period when a campaign was last sent.
The options you can use under this filter are:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Last 30 days
Custom Range
If you choose the Custom Range option, then you can set your own Campaign Sent Date range using the Sent Beginning and Sent End filters. To use these filters, click the Sent Beginning field. A modal calendar will appear. Click the date on the modal calendar to select it. Then perform these same steps for the Sent End date.
If viewing active automation email metrics, the Sent End date filter needs to either be or contain the current date. If you set the Sent End date filter to be before the current date, then the report will not show accurate results. |
Result Start and Result End date filters
Next to the Campaign Sent Date filter are the Result Start and Result End date filters. These are used to display campaign metrics, such as opens and clicks. The date range is associated with the Campaign Sent Date time period. For example, if you wanted to view campaigns sent in the last 14 days and how they performed in the last seven days you would set it up like this:
Campaign Sent Date = Last 14 Days
Result Start = March 11th (or whatever is 7 days before the current date)
Result End = March 18th (or whatever the current date is)
To set a date range, click either the start date field or the end date field. Then click the calendar icon to select a date.

2. A modal window will appear. Click See Campaign Results by Message.
You will be redirected to a new page to view metrics for each message included in a split test campaign.

Send Volume by Message – Percentage of each message sent to your list(s);
Open Rate by Message – Open rate for each message;
Click Rate by Message – Click rate for each message;
The Send Details by Message table below the three graphics will display performance metrics for each message in your split test campaign. The information displayed in this table is the same information displayed in the larger Campaigns Performance report.
