In the Classic Designer, you can add a GIF using the Image block to any e-mail template.

Remember! GIF files may not be supported by all e-mail service providers. For example, Outlook 2007, 2010, and 2013 may only display the first frame of the GIF. Additionally, if your GIF is too large, loading and playing it on a mobile device may take too much time.

How to add GIFs to e-mail messages?

1. Drag and drop an Image block to the desired location in your e-mail message.

2. Click on the added block to open the Content Manager.

3. Hover over the GIF you want to use and click on Select image.

Now your GIF is visible in your e-mail message.

4. Adjust its size using the arrow in the bottom right corner and other settings if desired. You can find more about GIF (image) settings in this article.
