The appearance of the recommendation frame should be adjusted by yourself in the drag&drop creator, based on the available editor features and data from the product feed. You can read more about this in the article How to create a template with a recommendation frame?.

In the new drag&drop editor, the functionality of adding frames with products is not available yet, but once it is, after creating a product block, you will have the option to save it and use it in other campaigns, e.g. by changing only the logic.
