How can I change the sender name and email address in my campaign?

Our CDXP platform allows you to edit the name and email address of the sender (From) for each campaign in draft (Draft) or scheduled status (Scheduled). However, these fields cannot be changed for campaigns that have already been sent (Sent).

To change the sender's name and email address in a campaign, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Campaigns tab in the left menu and click Continue for the campaign in which you want to make changes.

2. Click Design on the top progress bar to go to the e.

3. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the designer.

4. A modal window with campaign settings will appear. In the appropriate fields, enter the preferred sender name and email address. Then click Close.

It is not possible to set a default sender name and/or email address for the entire account or recipient list. In all newly created campaigns, the same sender name and email address as in the last sent campaign will appear.
