The Form Performance report provides a holistic view of how your forms are performing, both individually as well as overall. You can use this report to quickly see which forms are generating the most contacts and track individual form metrics over time.
With this report, you will be able to:
Set a date range to see metrics within a specific time period
See which forms performed best within a date range
Export the Form Submission Details table to a CSV, TXT, Excel (2007 or later), JSON, HTML, or Markdown file
How to access the Form Performance report
To access the Form Performance report, there are two methods
Click Reports in the left menu. Click Website > Form Performance.
Click Website in the left menu. Click Form Performance.
The report will load performance metrics for all forms from the last 14 days.
Filtering data in the Form Performance report
You can use the date range filters at the top of the report to view data within a preferred timeframe. To set a date range, click on either the start date field or the end date field. Then, click a date on the pop-up calendar to select a date.
You can also filter data by a specific form with the Form dropdown. To do so, click the dropdown and select the form you wish to view metrics for. Note that you can only select one form.
When finished, the report page will reload form submission data for the parameters you set.
Information included in the Form Performance report
Form Performance stats
The four stats listed at the top of the report display quick, top-level form submission data within the parameters you set. These four stats include:
Total Submission
Total number of times your forms were submitted.Top Form Submitted
The form that was submitted the most.Top Submission Day
Day of the week that your forms were submitted the most.Average Form Submission
Daily average number of form submissions.
Form Submission Trend graph
This graph shows the total number of submissions for each form within the time range you set.
You can hover your mouse over a data point to see how many times a specific form was submitted on a specific day.
Form Submission Summary chart
The Form Submission Summary chart shows you the total number of times each form was submitted within the date range you set. You can use this information to quickly see which form had the most submissions, and which forms (or webpage the form is published on) may need to be improved.
Form Submission by Day chart
The Form Submission by Day chart shows you which days experienced form submissions. The data displayed will be within the time range you set. You can use this information to quickly see which day had the most form submissions, and which days had lower performance.
Form Submission Details table
The Form Submission Details table breaks down submission data on a more granular level. The data displayed will be within the time range you set. Here, you'll see every submission for your forms, when those submissions happened, and individual contacts created as a result. You can use this information to help investigate any sudden, new contact growth in your account, and which form they came in from. This is especially helpful if you've noticed spam contacts appear in your account and need to know which form to add a CAPTCHA and/or double opt-in to.

Note that you can click on any column header to sort the information in alphabetical order, or reverse alphabetical order.
Exporting the Form Submission Details table
You can download the Form Submission Details table in order to share it with your team and stakeholders. To export the report, follow these steps:
1. Hover your mouse over the Form Submission Details row. You'll see three vertical dots appear to the right.
2. Click the three vertical dots then click Download Data.
3. In the modal popup, click the File Format dropdown and select the format you wish to download the data into. You can choose from CSV, TXT, Excel (2007 or later), JSON, HTML or Markdown file.
4. Click the Download button.
The table will download to the file you selected and will be saved on your computer.
