The CXDP platform from QuarticOn DOES NOT BLOCK, by default, automatic campaigns sent to e-mail addresses that are not on any contact list (and therefore without consent to communication – by default, subscribing a user to the list means communication with his consent).

In the case of Polish law, it should be assumed that communication through automation falls within the scope of commercial communication, therefore the user's consent must be given.

1. In order to prevent the sending of e-mails from automation (e.g. Abandoned cart), at the time of setting up the automation, set the condition for checking whether the e-mail address is on the list enabling communication (e.g. newsletter list):

The condition should be placed at the beginning of each automation.


2. To suspend automatic sending, if the user has withdrawn consent to marketing communication (and thus unsubscribed from the database), the following automation should be set up once:
