After creating a list of contacts in the CDXP panel, you can add selected contacts to it. This article will show you the different ways to add contacts to your lists:

If you already have a contact list from another tool you've used before, you can easily import those contacts into your CDXP account from QuarticOn using the CSV file import tool.

To import a CSV file, go to the Contacts tab and click the Import button.

Then click Import From File and choose a relevant file.

You can also manually create contacts in your account and add them to the list. To do this, go to the Contacts tab and click the Add a contact button.

In the window, fill in the necessary and selected fields and click the Add button.

In the next step, you can add a contact to a list, deal or automation. You can also add tags to it. To add a contact to a list, click the Add to a List action option and check the box next to each list you want to add a contact to. Then click Okay.

Our platform allows you to create forms using an intuitive wizard, thanks to which you can collect contact information and develop your lists. You can publish the created forms on your website, WordPress or Facebook page.

To enter the form builder, go to the Website -> Forms tab.

then click the Create a form button in the upper right corner of the screen.

If you use other contact management apps (such as Calendly, Landingi, e-commerce platforms, project management apps, and more), you can integrate them with your CDXP account. This will automatically populate your contacts into your account so you can start marketing right away and manage transactions at various stages of the sales process. If you create a form in an external application, we enable you to integrate it so that the contacts registered in it automatically fall into the list of your choice.

The e-mail subscription option allows potential subscribers to send an e-mail to a CDXP-generated e-mail address so they can subscribe to your list.

SMS Subscription allows potential subscribers to subscribe to your list via SMS. A potential subscriber sends an SMS containing a keyword to a phone number generated in CDXP – when the system receives this text, the person will be added to your list.

You can add contacts to your lists using a MySQL database using the Database Sync feature. This synchronization can only be started manually and will not modify or change any data in the external database.
