What are ALTs?

Why is it worth adding ALTs to images in mailing?

  • They improve the quality rating of the e-mail content

  • They increase the deliverability of e-mails

  • They prevent messages from being considered SPAM

How do I add ALT attributes to images?

1. Go to the drag&drop editor (Mailing -> Templates -> Add template).

or select a template with image from the list to which you want to add the ALT attribute.

2. Click on the image in the template and in the settings on the right fill in the fields: Image URL and Alternate text.

3. Save the template. From now on, the image gets the ALT attribute with the image title you entered.
